Arrival day – Meeting at the airport – transfer to Tbilisi hotel – Overnight in Tbilisi hotel (-/-/-)

Day 1: Visit to National Georgian culinary academy, master classes – Tbilisi tour (B/L/D)
Today we will have master classes in Georgian cuisine at National Georgian culinary Academy; you will prepare 3-4 famous national dishes and afterwards have lunch with self-prepared menu. After lunch have Tbilisi city tour. We will visit the Old Tbilisi Sulfur Baths, the Trinity Cathedral Georgian Orthodox and Armenian Gregorian churches, and a Jewish synagogue and a Turkish mosque side by side, reflecting Tbilisi's acceptance and tolerance of different religions. Visit Narikala Fortress Folk dinner at National restaurant in Tbilisi. Overnight in Tbilisi.

Day 2: Wine tour to Kakheti – Tsinandali – Alaverdi – Telavi (B/-/D)
Today we will depart for east Georgia the cradle of Georgian wine. Visit house museum of Prince Aleksandre Chavchavadze, with beautiful garden and wine cellar, where we will taste 5 sorts of wine. Afterwards drive to visit Alaverdi monastery. Afterwards we drive to Telavi. Stop at local farmer’s cellar and restaurant “kakhuri Ezo” – Kakhetia Yard. Have welcome dinner with local cuisine. Guests will take part in bread baking, “Mtsvadi” and “Churchkhela” making and of course in “Khinkali” preparing and enjoy dinner prepared by their own hands with folk program. They will also see how is made Georgia “Chacha” and will get botlled “Chacha” as a gift. Overnight in Telavi.

Day 3: Telavi – Napareuli village wineyard (B/L/D)
Drive to Napareuli village, where we will taste wine from “Twins old Cellar”. At this cellar makes bio wine according to the old traditions winemaking. There red and white wine are the best wines in Georgia. We will have wine tasting and some free time to enjoy the rural atmosphere. Overnight in Napareuli.

Day 4: Napareuli - Gremi – Nekresi – Kvareli – Sighnaghi (B/-/-)
After breakfast in wonederful wineyard visit to Gremi and Nekresi Monasteries and drive to Kvareli. We will visit wine cellar called “Gvirabi”- tunnel, where yearlong natural temperature is 10-12ºC. The length of this construction is 7, 7 Km. Drive to Sighnaghi, wondeful and tiny so called “Town of Love”. Overnight in Signagi.

Day 5: Sighnaghi – David Gareji – Tbilisi - free evening (B/-/-)
After breakfast have Sighnaghi tour and drive to David Gareji (VI c.) - here you will see the Monastery Complex. In the evening drive to Tbilisi. Have free evening. Overnight in Tbilisi.

Day 6: Tbilisi – Gudauri – Kazbegi – Tbilisi (B/L/-)
Drive to Kazbegi. On the way we pass Ananuri Castle and Jinvali water reservoir. From Kazbegi a leisurely 2 hour walk up through beautiful valleys and woodlands leads us to Gergeti Trinity Church located at 2170m. We walk back to the town and before returning to Tbilisi drive to Dariali Gorge. Drive back to Tbilisi. Overnight in Tbilisi.

Day 7: Mtskheta tour (B/-/-)
Drive to Mtskheta (UNESCO Heritage Site), an ancient capital of the Georgian Kingdom from the 3rd century BC to the 5th century AD. Jvari Monastery; Svetitskhoveli Cathedral built in the 11th century. Transfer to Tbilisi airport – departure
